Hungary's picturesque capital has been a regular stop on the World Judo Tour for the past few years, but now steps up to host its flagship event, the 2017 Suzuki world championships.
Its the biggest judo show on earth, with unprecedented levels of media coverage as everyone in the world swarms to witness the crowning of 14 World Champions namely -
Riner, Aguiar, Abe, Shishime, Hashimoto, Tonaki, Takato, Wolf, Arai, Agbegnenou, Majdov, Weiczerzak, Song and Dorjsuren.

The commentator, Neil Adams was on the same judo instructors' course and exam as me; also Vass Morrison, at London's College of Physical Education in the 1970's.

These videos are pretty cool. I've always been a study of many different martial arts disciplines. I know next to nothing about judo and the techniques or rules, but this looks incredibly fun. I'd love to go and watch or participate. I'm paying attention now.

Yeah, but there's a higher chance of seriously injuring someone with a throw or slam on to the street. Even if they are the attacker, you could get sued.

This video is like judo Sopa Opera. It is lame that video spends more time focusing on the "Drama" ,slow motion on celebration much? IJF and this licensed video is not about Judo.
