Is there any mma fighter with judo background? This takedowns are amazing and dont think anyone in mma cant counter that.

off the top of my head ronda rousey. judo is useful, but not so much in mma since the canvas is soft. ippons won't really damage the opponent. that's why people train in jiujitsu for ground control instead of judo. in a street fight getting slammed by a judoka would leave you incapacitated though.

2:04 - to be honest, I don't think falling rolling off the guy's back counts as an Ippon! Far as I can tell, the guy on the bottom did nothing to effect this outcome, the guy on top just fell off and pulled him with him. Guy on botom tried to stand up, but just collapsed and top guy rolled off. Anyone else think this way?
