Awesome! I wish I had started like this some 43 years ago, but it was a different approach at that time. Still, we would be having more complete judoka if started from this. Great job!

Seulement une remarque, ma surprise de voir l'exécution de Kami-Shiho-Gatamé par une couple mixte. Personnellement et en 30 ans d'enseignement bénévole, je n'ai jamais démontré cette technique avec une féminine et indépendamment de l'âge.
