Ura nage ;)

Well... in fact it is a direct attack with Ura Nage and in the middle of the movement swicht to complete the technique with Uchi Mata.. hope this help to understand this technique. Cheers!

thanks although isnt ura nage done from behind your opponent rather than in front?

Hans Gruber Yeah!.. but you could do it from the front, In Nage No Kata (Ma sutemi Waza) you could see the movement begin with a direct hit from the opponent, so you´ll have to strike back face to face.. ;)
