This was very nice. I want to see Australians on the podium at Grand Slams and Grand Prix and it starts with kids.

I would like to ask something. Why do we rarely see australian players winning in tournaments over Oceania? I never saw an olympic medal or just a world grand prix one for an australian player but judo skills and physical preparation are often good to watch. What's wrong with australian judo? Isn't it because of geographical distance from other good judo coutries like japan korea or european ones? I thought that it's difficult for australian team to have often an exchange of techniques and other judo ideas. In europe we have many countries and cultures so exchanging sport ideas is easier and help athletes to bet always. Can someone answer this question? I would like to understand. Thanks
