So im Not sure if u will believe this but she is my father’s cousins Daughter I and I am from Canada but did you know that she is from Japan but everyone made fun of her so she joins Canada’s judo team

No. She's culturally Japanese. She couldn't win in her weight class to represent Japan. That's why she chose Canada. In some weight-classes, being chosen for the Japanese national team is harder than winning a medal. She's sponsered by a Japanese company too.
